Insurance Information

Our office does not contract with any insurance plans.  We are classified as an “out-of-network” physician with your insurance company.  Most PPO insurance companies will reimburse you for a portion of your claim to an “out-of-network” doctor. While we do require full payment at the time of service, we will provide a statement that you can mail directly to your insurance company for reimbursement upon request. Most insurance companies will send you a check within 2-3 weeks if your procedure is covered.  Medicare will not reimburse claims from our office, but if you have  secondary insurance, they may provide reimbursement.[/vc_column_text][faqs posts_per_page=”” types=”insurance-and-costs” id=”” class=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1505798699673{padding-bottom: 50px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]
