Every January comes with pressure to reinvent everything. New year, new me, right? But honestly, going into 2026, I’m keeping a lot of things exactly the same because my skin has been looking really, really good. Instead of chasing trends, 2025 was about consistency, maintenance, and choosing treatments that actually fit my life.
My daily skincare routine stayed simple and effective. In the morning, I cleanse, apply topical exosomes, follow with vitamin C, and never skip sunscreen. At night, I cleanse again, use retinol, and finish with a moisturizer. No complicated layering, no guessing, just products I know my skin responds well to.
Every three months, I stay on track with my Botox treatments, and I LOVE to add on AquaGold with a Juvederm filler. If I had to pick a favorite treatment of 2025, that would be it. AquaGold gives my skin that hydrated, glowy, glass-skin look without downtime, and it layers perfectly with my regular injectables.
I did a syringe of Volux in my jawline for structure and definition and a syringe Voluma in my cheeks to restore volume and support.
I wrapped up my Potenza series with a Skinvive infusion and started my micro CO2 laser series. I like to commit to one major laser series per year, and in 2026, I’m planning a Pico and micro CO2 combination.
Pico laser is great for pigment, sun damage, and overall skin tone. It works by delivering ultra-short pulses of energy that shatter pigment without significant heat, which makes it ideal for brightening and texture refinement. Micro CO2, on the other hand, focuses more on skin resurfacing and collagen stimulation. It helps with fine lines, texture, and overall skin quality by creating controlled micro-injuries that trigger the skin’s natural healing process. Together, they address both surface-level discoloration and deeper structural aging, which is why I love them as a pairing.
After I had baby Louis, a lot of my hair fell out, which is incredibly common postpartum but still stressful when you’re going through it. I did PRP and microneedling with exosomes for hair restoration, and I’m really glad I did. (See before and after photos below!)

I also stay consistent with microneedling on my face and neck and never skip my full skin checks. Those are non-negotiables for me. Prevention and maintenance matter just as much as aesthetic treatments. AND I love a diamond glow, I consider it an “essential” before any event.
2025 wasn’t about doing more. It was about doing what works and doing it consistently. Going into the new year, I’m not changing much at all, and honestly, that feels like the biggest win.
