Aloha! We are in this for the long haul! We are fine-tuning our safety precautions and doing everything necessary to keep our patients and staff safe in our office. We feel confident that we can keep you healthy and take care of your skin. We won’t need to close again, we are safe and solidly ready to care for you! Kona update: We are now open 100%. We have plenty of space to socially distance and have our providers at full capacity. We are so happy to be caught up on our phones and emails! Thank you for your patience. Look for our fabulous new faces, Amy our new Patient care coordinator and Tara our new medical assistant. Waimea update: We are going to close the Waimea office from Sept 15-Oct 15th to remodel to allow better social distancing and spacing of patients so you feel cared for privately and safely. It’s going to be a brand new super clean office when we are back. Welcome super friendly Lora our new Patient care coordinator. NEW Hilo office opening: We are not going to let this nasty virus foil our plans for opening an office in Hilo. We have so many loyal Hilo patients that have been driving to Kona and Waimea to be seen. We will get this office open for Sept 15th so patients can choose Kona or Hilo while Waimea is closed. |
Spreading out our providers will allow for more personalized, customized and private patient encounters now in Kona, Waimea and Hilo. So pardon our dust…..we are not letting it settle! We will be even more available and here for you more than ever! Please share your 5 star experiences on Yelp or Google. I have had so many sweet emails, text messages and notes with tropical fruit from happy genuinely cared for patients. We would love to hear from you if you have experienced 5 star services from one of our front line staff coming in to care for you! You all are literally the best. You believing in our offices gives jobs to over 30 people with families here on the island. Please continue to support us, support local and believe in this beautiful island. It’s going to be OK because we are getting through this together! Aloha, Dr Monica |
