Lipo-Mino Shots – The Fat Burning Booster

Do you ever feel like you are doing everything right with diet and exercise, but you still feel stuck, specifically after you have a baby? For me, the workouts are consistent, the meals are (mostly) healthy, but energy eventually dips and the scale won’t budge. So I decided to try something I’d been hearing a lot about: Lipo-Mino injections (aka the fat-burning shot).

I did mine with Dr. Monica and RN Stephanie at our Kona Wellness office. Lipo-Mino is a powerful lipotropic injection—a blend of vitamins, amino acids, and metabolism-supporting nutrients that help your body burn fat more efficiently while supporting energy and mood. The injection was quick and easy (thank you RN Stephanie!), and then I was out the door. There was zero downtime, and I noticed a subtle lift in energy within 24 hours. I wasn’t jittery or wired, just more alert and productive. And over the next week or so, I noticed fewer cravings, better workout recovery, and more motivation overall.

Most people start with weekly injections, especially during periods of slow fat loss, low energy, or reaching a plateau. It can also be done bi-weekly for maintenance or combined with other treatments (like Semaglutide or NAD+) for added benefit.
